Workspace use is charged as a full-day visit, even if you are only on site for a few hours.
Post, deliveries & Direct debit
Post and delivery handling is only available once a live Direct Debit is in place. Without this, items may be refused or returned.
Desk space: first come, first served
Desk space is first come, first served, and desks cannot be reserved in advance.
Extra equipment
Additional equipment, such as monitors, is subject to availability.
Access and behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone whose behaviour may disrupt other users or the working environment.
Opening hours
Workspace is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, including delivery acceptance during those hours.
Lost or damaged post
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged post.
Item inspection
We reserve the right to open items if management considers it necessary for safety or integrity reasons.
