Shout Connect is proud to support local community and voluntary organisations by hosting regular meetings free of charge in our conference and meeting spaces on Preston Dock.

We are aware that many community and voluntary organisations around Preston struggle to find, or afford, premises for regular meetings. By using our meeting spaces free of charge, organisations can continue their essential work without the worry of cost or space.

Because of our regular commitments we do have limited availability, so if you are an organisation that would benefit from our help, please email Ian Coupe at ian@shoutconnect.co.uk in the first instance to discuss your requirements.

What can you
expect?

Access to a room

This will generally be outside normal operating hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but please contact us with your exact requirements.

Large Rooms

Available for up to 80 people (if you think you’ll have more than 80 people, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can offer)

Tea/coffee facilities

Unlimited tea and coffee is available for you and your guests. We also have a range of snacks available to purchase at our vending machine.

Access to AV equipment

For presentations and meetings (projector, screen, TV, etc.), please let us know your requirements in advance.
